: The work, duties and rights of the Assembly shall be as follows :-
(a) To determine the policy of Pragya Pratishthan,
(b) To approve the annual plan and program of Pragya Pratishthan,
(c) To pass the annual budget of Pragya Pratishthan,
(d) To approve scholarships, honors and awards,
(e) To give necessary instructions and guidance to the Council,
(f) To monitor and evaluate the work of the Council,
(g) Pragya Pratishthan rules sanctioned gun
(h) To do other work as specified.
